Sex- the only duty that shouldn't be outsourced

Have you thought of the fact that sex is the only act that actually means you're married to your spouse?

The signed papers aren't the bond. Sex is the bond and proof. That's why they say a marriage can be annulled if it hasn't been consummated.

Sex is the blood tying bond between you and your spouse and the only duty that no one else is to do for you.

You can get a cook, cleaner, accountant etc. You hire a housekeeper and the person can do all other duties, but the moment that duty crosses to the "other room", it is war.

So why will you treat sex as an optional duty?

Ladies and gentlemen, it is not.

Cooking is an option

Cleaning is an option

Sex is not an option.

You pledge your body to each other when you were making the marriage vows. The bible says a husband has no right over his body and vice versa.

The owner of your body is your spouse, once married, you have no right to hoard your body from them.

Have sex with your spouse as often as possible. Do not outsource this duty as it causes the greatest hurt in marriages.

A better society starts with better homes. Let's build great marriages.

Sexlessness is a Sin!!!

Hello married people. Long post alert but please try to read it through. I stumbled into a playful conversation with a couple in church on Sunday who said they were considering leaving a Christian couples group due to our perceived 'vulgarity' especially in the area of sex and bedroom references. 😳😅 Of course, while I could tell they meant it playfully, I couldn't shake the feeling that many who silently observe in the group carry the same impression and would probably whisper in private conversations that "are you sure these people are born again?" The rate at which prices have been skyrocketing in Nigeria in the past few months....our source can be none other than God. God makes provision through man and how man manages the resources God gives to him is very crucial. The husband has a primary responsibility to provide for the home, so while his income might not change in this period, the wife has to spend with knowledge and understanding. How can we make these better financial decisions at this time? - Both husband and wife should be totally transparent about the state of their finances. This way, the wife knows how much she can spend without putting the husband in debt - Create a budget for shopping and restrain yourself from going overboard by more than a maximum of 5/10%. Beauty without Morals

The yorubas say "obinrin sowanu, o ni oun o mori oko waye". This means a woman lacks good morals and complains that she doesn't have a husband. Beauty is good, but wisdom and good morals are better. See this scripture, it says that beauty is wasted on a lady if she doesn't have good morals, imagine! So, to the men that think all they need is a hot chick, I hope the beauty will be enough to keep you going in trying times. To the ladies who think BBL is the way to go to keep a man...time will tell. A lady with good morals will give you peace of mind. You are fortunate if you have a lady who has both good morals and a beautiful look. However, if you have to choose between beauty and good morals, the bible has pointed you in the right direction.
